Jordy Kerwick Australian, b. 1982

Jordy Kerwick is an Australian artist living and working in Albi, France. 


Kerwick’s visual language is characterised by his unique juxtaposition of domestic objects with predatory animals, and art historical references with ancient iconography. His depiction of king cobras, tigers, and feather-maned unicorns create a narrative of playful contemporary folklore.


Kerwick has exhibited around the globe including Sydney, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Copenhagen, Cologne, Hamburg and Tokyo. His work resides in some of the world's most significant private and public collections.
